Promake Inc. (“Promake,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is an AI-powered platform headquartered in the United States that enables individuals and businesses—including non-technical users—to build, deploy, and manage digital products (websites, mobile apps, content, and games) using natural language prompts.

We respect your privacy and are committed to safeguarding your personal information. This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) describes how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your information when you access our website, applications, or services (collectively, the “Services”).

By using Promake, you consent to this Policy. If you do not agree, you should discontinue use of our Services.

  • Account Information: name, email, password, profile picture, organization details.
  • Billing Information: payment card details (processed securely via third-party payment providers), billing address, and transaction history.
  • Prompts & User Content: text prompts, uploaded files, project configurations, generated products, feedback, and revisions.
  • Support Communications: emails, chat messages, and customer service interactions.
  • Event/Survey Data: if you attend Promake events, webinars, or provide feedback through surveys.

b. Information We Collect Automatically

  • Log Data: IP address, browser type/version, device identifiers, operating system.
  • Usage Data: features used, prompts submitted, projects deployed, and error reports.
  • Device Information: device type, screen resolution, OS language, and settings.
  • Cookies & Tracking: identifiers for session management, analytics, personalization, and marketing.

c. Information from Third Parties

  • Integrations: GitHub, Supabase, Stripe, and other third-party accounts (minimal necessary data such as username, repo ID, or payment confirmation).
  • Social Media: if you interact with our pages on platforms like X/Twitter, LinkedIn, or YouTube.
  • Affiliates/Partners: information shared when you join via partner offers or collaborations.

2. How We Use Your Information

We process Personal Information based on contract performance, legitimate interest, legal obligations, and consent.

Specifically, we use data to:

  • Provide and maintain the Services (account access, project deployment, hosting).
  • Personalize and optimize the AI-driven generation experience.
  • Improve functionality, fix bugs, and analyze usage trends.
  • Detect, prevent, and mitigate security threats, fraud, or abuse.

Promake is based in the United States, but we serve users worldwide. Personal data may be processed outside your home country.

Safeguards include:

  • EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework (DPF) participation.
  • Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission.
  • UK & Swiss Addenda where applicable.

5. Data Retention

We retain Personal Information only for as long as necessary:

  • Account data: until you delete your account.
  • Projects & prompts: retained while your account is active; deleted upon request or account closure.
  • Logs & telemetry: up to 90 days for security and troubleshooting.
  • Billing records: as legally required (e.g., 7 years for financial compliance).

6. Cookies & Tracking Technologies

We use cookies and tracking technologies for:

  • Essential operations (authentication, sessions).
  • Performance & analytics (service improvement, feature adoption).
  • Preferences (dark mode, language settings).
  • Marketing (only with your opt-in consent).

7. Your Privacy Rights

Promake is not intended for children under 18 years of age.
