Why Use Reference Images?
Reference images help when you want to:
- Show a design style you like from another website
- Share your brand assets like logos or product photos
- Provide a mockup or sketch of your idea
- Include screenshots of features you want to replicate
How to Attach Images
Step 1: Click the Attachment Icon
In the chat input area, look for the paperclip icon (📎) on the left side of the text box.
Step 2: Select Your Image
Choose an image from your device. Supported formats include:
- JPG/JPEG - Best for photos
- PNG - Best for graphics with transparency
- GIF - Animated images
- WebP - Modern format with good compression
Step 3: Add Your Message
After attaching the image, type your request. Be specific about what you want the AI to do with the image.
"Create a website with a similar color scheme and layout as this reference"
"Use this logo in the header of my website"
"I want a hero section that looks like this, but for a bakery"
Step 4: Send
Click the send button or press Enter. The AI will analyze your image along with your text message.
Tips for Best Results
Be Specific
Don't just attach an image – explain what aspects you like:
❌ "Make something like this"
✅ "I like the navigation style and color palette in this image. Create something similar for my restaurant website"
Use High-Quality Images
- Clear, well-lit images work better
- Avoid blurry or low-resolution screenshots
- Crop images to focus on the relevant part
Combine Multiple References
You can attach multiple images in one message:
"Use the color scheme from Image 1 and the layout style from Image 2"
Include Your Own Assets
When sharing brand materials:
- Logos should be high resolution (PNG with transparency preferred)
- Product photos should be well-lit and professional
- Team photos should be appropriate for professional use
File Size Limits
- Maximum file size: 10 MB per image
- Recommended: Under 2 MB for faster uploads
- Large images are automatically compressed
Privacy Note
Your uploaded images are:
- Used only to generate your website
- Not shared with other users
- Stored securely on our servers
- Deleted when you delete your project
