Promake offers four plans for every business size. All plans are available monthly or annually; annual billing comes at a lower per-month rate.

Includes:

Limitations:

• No custom domain

Starter Plan

A budget-friendly option for entrepreneurs and small businesses who want a professional site on their own domain.

Includes:

• 1 custom domain connection
• Everything in the Free plan
• Standard support

Best for:
Freelancers, solo entrepreneurs, and small businesses that want an online presence on their own domain without heavy AI usage.

Premium Plan ⭐ Most Popular

A complete solution for growing businesses — more AI credits, additional features, and priority support.

Includes:

• Remove Promake branding
• Priority support

Best for:
Businesses that update their site regularly, want to accept online payments, or need a more professional look without Promake branding.

Pro Plan

• 2,000–3,500 monthly AI credits (depending on selected package)

✨ What Are AI Credits?

AI credits are consumed whenever you use AI-powered features in Promake — building pages, editing content, generating images, adding sections, and more.

• Credits reset at the start of each monthly billing period.
• A limited portion of unused credits may carry over to the next period.
• When credits run out, AI features are paused — your live site remains unaffected.
• You can purchase additional credit packs at any time.

🧭 Which Plan Should I Choose?

Free → Exploring Promake or working on a personal project.

Starter → You want your own domain with a simple business site and won't need heavy AI usage.

Premium → You accept online payments, update your site regularly, or don't want Promake branding.

Pro → You manage multiple websites or need higher AI capacity.

🔄 Changing Your Plan

Upgrading

1. Go to the Pricing page or open Settings → Billing & Plans and click Upgrade
2. Select your new plan and complete payment
3. New features activate immediately

Downgrading

1. Go to Settings → Billing & Plans
2. Click Manage Plan
3. Select a lower plan
4. The change takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep your current plan until then

Note: Features not included in the new plan (e.g. extra domains, payment collection) will be deactivated at period end. Your site content and publishing remain intact.

Switching to Free

1. Go to Settings → Billing & Plans
2. Click Manage Plan
3. Select the Free plan
4. Your subscription stays active until the end of the current period, then automatically switches to Free
5. Your site and content are preserved; your custom domain connection ends at period end
