When to Change Your Password

Consider changing your password if:

• You haven't changed it in a while
• You've shared it with someone
• You used it on another site that was breached
• You're getting security alerts

How to Change Your Password

Step 1: Access Security Settings

1. Click your profile icon
2. Select Settings
3. Go to Profile or Security section

Step 2: Find Password Section

Look for:

• "Change Password"
• "Security"
• "Password"

Step 3: Enter Current Password

Type your existing password to verify it's you.

Step 4: Enter New Password

Type your new password. Make sure it's:

• At least 8 characters
• Mix of letters and numbers
• Includes special characters (recommended)
• Not used on other sites

Step 5: Confirm New Password

Type the new password again to confirm.

Step 6: Save

Click Change Password or Save.

Forgot Your Password?

If you can't remember your current password:

Visit the Promake login page.

Step 2: Click "Forgot Password"

Find and click the Forgot Password link.

Step 3: Enter Your Email

Type the email associated with your account.

Step 4: Check Your Email

Look for a password reset email from Promake.

Step 5: Click Reset Link

Click the link in the email to reset your password.

Step 6: Create New Password

Enter and confirm your new password.

Didn't Get the Email?

• Check spam/junk folder
• Wait a few minutes
• Try again
• Verify you used the correct email
