Email verification

After creating your account, you'll need to verify your email address to access all features.

Why Verify Your Email?

Email verification helps us:

• Ensure you have access to the email address you provided
• Protect your account from unauthorized access
• Send you important updates about your projects

How to Verify

Step 1: Check Your Inbox

After registering, check the inbox of the email address you used to sign up. Look for an email from Promake with the subject line "Verify Your Email Address".

Step 2: Click the Verification Link

Open the email and click the "Verify Email" button or link. This will confirm your email address.

Step 3: You're Verified!

After clicking the link, you'll be redirected to Promake and your email will be verified. You can now use all features!

Didn't Receive the Email?

If you haven't received the verification email:

Check Your Spam Folder

Sometimes emails get filtered into spam or junk folders. Check there first.

Request a New Email

1. Log in to your Promake account
2. You'll see a banner asking you to verify your email
3. Click "Resend Verification Email"
4. Check your inbox again

Check the Email Address

Make sure you entered your email address correctly during registration. If there's a typo, you may need to create a new account with the correct email.

Verification Link Expired?

Verification links expire after a certain period for security reasons. If your link has expired:

1. Log in to your account
2. Request a new verification email
3. Use the new link within the validity period
